    • Role Summary
    • The Company is seeking an experienced Avionics Repair Technician to support component-level fault isolation and repair on complex military electronic hardware. The technician will perform sophisticated test operations, troubleshooting, and repair while working with laboratory equipment, test procedures, and technical data. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and consistent performance to meet evolving customer requirements.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Regular and predictable attendance.
    • The ability to perform complex fault isolation on avionics equipment.
    • A minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • The ability to perform aerospace-quality soldering.
    • The ability to use a multimeter, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
    • Knowledge of electronics and avionics theory.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have:
    • Depot-level F-18 avionics repair knowledge.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will:
    • Plan, conduct, and document tests on avionics systems and subsystems.
    • Investigate, analyze, and resolve test problems and anomalies.
    • Contribute to original test plan development and provide input to improve test procedures and processes.
    • Plan preventive maintenance and maintain the readiness and availability of test systems.
    • Train and guide entry-level personnel in routine test processes and equipment operation.
    • Identify and recommend new test equipment, processes, and methods.
    • Perform work requiring extensive technical experience, judgment, and interpretation of general requirements to accomplish specific test objectives.
    • Develop new test methods and routinely contribute innovative improvements to procedures, processes, and equipment.
    • Develop intermediate-level personnel through on-the-job training and guide them in solving complex problems.
