Join TeamGlobal, where excellence empowers us!#Role SummaryIn this role, you will support complex production and product support activities by coordinating, tracking, and managing materials, inventory, and workflow to ensure timely production execution. You will process and move materials, monitor work in process, update inventory systems, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally to prevent schedule delays while working under limited supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • You must have:
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • A minimum of 4 years of related work experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience with warehouse inventory, including parts accuracy and accountability.
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8-hour shift.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have:
    • More than 3 years of experience with inventory management and material requirements planning systems.
    • More than 3 years of experience in packaging.
    • More than 3 years of experience in kitting and cycle counting.
    • Vocational, associate, or bachelor-level education.
    • Relevant military experience.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • You will be able to:
    • Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support complex production and product support activities.
    • Monitor and analyze work in process.
    • Update the status of parts and materials using automated systems.
    • Identify and report problems and recommendations to ensure parts availability.
    • Analyze problems and resolve or reconcile discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy.
    • Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite work, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
    • Perform assigned duties while working under limited supervision.
