Job Description
Support production and product support activities by coordinating, tracking, and managing materials, inventory, and workflow to ensure timely execution. Process and move materials, monitor work in process, update inventory systems, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent schedule delays. Perform assigned duties under limited supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with procedures.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 4 years of related work experience or relevant military experience.
- More than 3 years of related work experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service.
- More than 3 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- More than 3 years of experience with warehouse inventory, including parts accuracy and accountability.
- Ability to obtain a NASA public trust clearance post start.
- Ability to successfully complete required on-the-job or formal classroom training.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Preferred Skills
- More than 3 years of experience with inventory management and material requirements planning systems.
- More than 3 years of experience in packaging.
- More than 3 years of experience in kitting and cycle counting.
- Vocational, associate, or bachelor-level education.
- Relevant military experience.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations to support complex production and product support activities.
- Monitor and analyze work in process.
- Update the status of parts and materials using automated systems.
- Identify and report problems and recommendations to ensure parts availability.
- Analyze problems and resolve or reconcile discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy.
- Coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite work, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
- Perform assigned duties while working under limited supervision.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently.
- Ability to perform tasks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
