- Role Summary
- In this role, you will perform production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and electrical systems using manual processes; identify parts and tooling; interpret drawings and technical work instructions; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards; inspect work for quality and foreign object debris; and support defect-free assembly in a production environment, contributing to advanced aviation programs.
- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or technical education.
- Must be a U.S. person for purposes of export compliance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
- Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend technical work instructions, drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Ability to use a computer in a production environment.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.

- Preferred Skills
- Experience using hand tools.

- Job Duties & Functions
- Perform production assembly operations on structural, mechanical, and electrical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Identify required parts, tools, and equipment to complete assignments.
- Read and interpret technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Use hand tools, including screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdrivers, multimeters, crimpers, and torque tools.
- Inspect completed work for quality and ensure removal of foreign object debris.
- Use a computer to access work instructions and document production activity.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment as required.
- Adhere to safety procedures and compliance regulations.
- Complete required classroom and on-the-job training.
- Support domestic travel requirements as assigned.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to lift and carry 10–35 pounds.
- Finger manipulation, including keyboarding.
- Ability to read from a computer screen and printed documents.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, twisting, and head and neck movement.
- Ability to work onsite in a production environment.
- Possible overtime as required.
