Job Description
The AOG Mechanic performs troubleshooting, repair, inspection, installation, and return-to-service functions on customer aircraft at off-site locations in accordance with company procedures, manufacturer manuals, and applicable regulations. This role supports multiple maintenance disciplines, assists with mechanical and electrical removals and installations, performs Delegated Inspector functions as qualified, audits assigned locations and service vehicles, and documents all completed work while ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety standards.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
- A minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience.
- Experience with aircraft return to service and inspection procedures.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to maintain insurable status.
- Must possess a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
- Must have the ability to be available for considerable travel with 2 hours’ notice, including extended assignments lasting up to 30 days.

- Ability to work unsupervised and alone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tool inventory and control.
- Preferred Skills
- Ability to assist in Avionics, Structures, and Composites disciplines.
- Qualified to perform Delegated Inspector (DI) functions.
- Job Duties & Functions
- Adhere to the company's General Work Requirements for factory, shop, and hangar positions.
- Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Perform and document work completed per appropriate manuals and regulations.
- Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
- Return aircraft to service after maintenance at off-site locations.
- Audit assigned location and service vehicle monthly.
- Perform Delegated Inspector (DI) functions as qualified by Quality Assurance.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Must be able to work in seasonal and inclement weather outside.
- Must be able to work unscheduled overtime, including holidays and weekends.
