Job Description

Perform Phase/Periodic inspections, maintenance, and repairs on corporate, business, or general aviation aircraft. Install, configure, and troubleshoot integrated avionics systems while diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues. Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records. Interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics to determine appropriate repair methods. Work independently and collaboratively in a Part 145 repair station environment, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while using personal tools.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Current FAA A&P License required.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience working on corporate/business jets or general aviation aircraft.
    • Experience in general maintenance, repair procedures, and avionics installation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must have good job durations.
    • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
    • Preferred Skills
    • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, including engines and hydraulic systems.
    • Experience working in a Part 145 repair station environment.
    • Own basic set of hand tools and ability to manage inventory.
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Perform Phase/Periodic inspections, maintenance, and repairs as required.
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex integrated avionics systems.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in aircraft systems.
    • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine repair methods.
    • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
    • Coordinate work with team members and support other maintenance disciplines as needed.
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Ability to work in hangar and shop environments, including lifting, bending, and accessing confined spaces.
    • Ability to work on aircraft both on the ground and in elevated positions.
