• Role Summary
• In this role, you will develop, document, and implement engineering tools, processes, and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting integration of engineering designs. You will provide training and consultation on engineering processes, coordinate configuration management, and manage the implementation of product standards across programs. You will also interface with internal teams and external standards committees to adopt and adapt standards as needed. This position is 100% onsite at Berkeley, MO.

• Education & Job RequirementsMust have:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field
• Typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to assess organizational processes, capabilities, and support structures to deliver targeted product support
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

• Preferred SkillsYou will have:
• Experience with Adaptive Planning systems
• Experience reviewing engineering resumes
• Experience supporting hiring processes

• Job Duties / FunctionsYou will be:
• Leading review of Adaptive Planning needs and engaging with managers to assess requirements
• Inputting planned requisitions (PRs) into the Adaptive Planning system and maintaining candidate application trackers
• Collaborating with staffing focal points to evaluate resumes
• Supporting interviews and coordinating with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) for scheduling and post-interview dispositions
• Maintaining organized calendars of candidate reviews and interviews
• Collecting, analyzing, and validating engineering performance metrics for reporting purposes
