Job Description

Plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions using an interdisciplinary systems engineering approach. Responsibilities include defining and managing system requirements, integrating technical parameters across interfaces, conducting system analyses, supporting design reviews, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance with program requirements throughout the lifecycle.

• Education & Job Requirements
• A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• A minimum of 9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior systems engineering experience, including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Leadership experience, including engineering leadership roles or leading teams to achieve project objectives.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification requirements.
• Apply interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex system solutions.
• Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters across physical, functional, and program interfaces.
• Develop, manage, and validate system requirements, including technical specifications and supplier requirements, to ensure compliance with program standards.
• Conduct design reviews and technical assessments to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Support development, maintenance, and improvement of requirements management processes, tools, risk management, issue resolution, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues across engineering disciplines.
