Mechanical System Design & Analysis Engineer 2

Job Description

Supports the development and documentation of mechanical and fluid systems and thermal environments. Supports the development, maintenance, or modification of system designs and proposals to provide design documentation and high-level requirements to downstream users and customers. Performs detail design development and modification of mechanical and fluid system installations. Performs spatial integration at the system or component level and modification of mechanisms, landing gear, or ordinance systems. Assists in preparing technical documents for mechanical components and systems. Assists in supporting proposal preparation and new business development efforts. Works under general supervision.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years of experience in an engineering classification, or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification.
• Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is acceptable
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
