    • Role Summary
    • In this role, you will serve as a Structural Analysis Engineer responsible for developing and documenting structural requirements, verifying structural integrity, and providing technical solutions for nonconformance and engineering changes. You will coordinate with engineering teams, support test execution, and ensure systems meet customer and regulatory requirements.
    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in stress analysis/structural analysis.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
    • Must have proficiency with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software such as FEMAP or Hyperworks.
    • Must have experience using Client Analysis Tool (Common Structures Workstation).
    • Must have experience with design process specifications, including Metallic Materials Properties Development and Standardization (MMPDS) and Client Design Manuals (BDMs).
    • Must be able to work 100% onsite in Berkeley, MO (Building 73-102).
    • Must successfully complete OJT or formal classroom training as a contingency for assignment.
    • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
    • Preferred Skills
    • You will have experience analyzing and verifying complex aircraft structures throughout the product lifecycle.
    • You will have experience documenting certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies.
    • You will have the ability to provide engineering solutions for production line issues and nonconformance stress analysis.
    • You will have strong collaboration and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
    • Job Duties / Functions
    • You will be developing, integrating, and documenting structural requirements to establish system designs.
    • You will be coordinating with other engineering groups to establish the product environment.
    • You will be guiding product design and verifying structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models, simulations, and other analysis tools.
    • You will be supporting test execution, analyzing results, and documenting test outcomes to ensure compliance with specifications.
    • You will be defining and documenting certification and test results for customers and regulatory agencies.
    • You will be providing technical solutions for high-priority nonconformance stress analysis and engineering changes on aircraft production lines.
    • You will be working under general direction, following established standards and processes.
