• Role Summary
• In this role, you will develop and validate requirements for complex communication, sensor, and electronic warfare systems and components. You will support the Client as part of the F-15 Electronic Warfare Capability team in Berkeley, Missouri. You will integrate, analyze, and optimize electromagnetic systems while providing technical leadership across all phases of the engineering lifecycle.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited institution.
• Must have a minimum of 9 years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 7 years with a master’s degree, or a minimum of 4 years with a PhD.
• Must have eligibility as a U.S. person as defined by export compliance regulations.
• Must have the ability to work 100% on-site in Berkeley, Missouri.
• Must have the ability to complete required training (on-the-job or classroom).
• Must have the ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.

• Preferred Skills
• You will have experience in program or project management within an aerospace or defense environment.
• You will have experience with hardware engineering and system integration.
• You will have experience communicating with both internal and external customers.
• You will have experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• You will have experience conducting trade studies, modeling, and simulation for system performance optimization.
• You will have experience supporting proposal development and preparing technical documentation.
• You will have the ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in a structured environment.

• Job Duties/Functions
• You will perform development and validation of electromagnetic requirements for electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, interconnects, and structures.
• You will perform system integration of complex components into higher-level architectures and platforms.
• You will perform trade studies, modeling, and simulations to predict and optimize system performance.
• You will perform definition and execution of critical tests to validate design and performance requirements.
• You will perform coordination with technical leads, suppliers, and partner organizations to ensure on-time project execution.
• You will perform management of supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
• You will perform project management support, including development of work statements, budgets, schedules, and reviews.
• You will perform regular communication and coordination with customers and Boeing leadership.
• You will perform identification and tracking of cost, schedule, and performance metrics for project evaluation.
• You will perform proposal activities and contribute technical content to support new business opportunities.
