- Role Summary
- In this role, you will provide on-site and remote aircraft maintenance support as part of a Mobile Response Team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and inspect customer aircraft while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company requirements. You will also support cross-discipline maintenance activities and return aircraft to service in both domestic and international environments.
- Education & Job Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience.
- Must own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised and independently.
- Must have the ability to work unscheduled overtime, weekends, holidays, and non-standard shifts.
- Must have the ability to work in seasonal/inclement outdoor conditions.
- Must have the ability to travel on short notice (within 2 hours), including extended assignments up to 30 days.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain insurable status.
- Must possess a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
- Must have experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures.
- Job Duties/Functions
- Will adhere to Client General Work Requirements for factory, shop, and hangar operations.
- Will comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Will troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Will perform and document work in accordance with manuals, regulations, and company standards.
- Will support additional disciplines such as avionics, structures, and composites as needed.
- Will perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
- Will return aircraft to service at off-site locations.
- Will audit the assigned location and service vehicle on a monthly basis.
- Will perform Delegated Inspector (DI) functions as qualified by Quality Assurance.
