- Your Role
- In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. You will support safe and efficient maintenance operations, interpret technical documentation, and work directly with clients to provide effective solutions.
- Education & Job Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a valid and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of corporate aircraft experience.
- Must have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English to report on aircraft and individual status.
- Must own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory and control of tools.
- Must obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required.
- Must be able to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
- Must have basic PC skills.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge, if applicable.
- Job Duties
- Will troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Will perform and document maintenance work in compliance with manuals, regulations, and company procedures.
- Will collaborate directly with customers to provide technical solutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Will operate ground support equipment as required to support maintenance activities.
- Will ensure proper use, care, and control of tools and equipment.
- Will participate in safety programs, environmental compliance, and 5-S activities.
- Will perform other related duties as assigned to support aircraft maintenance operations.
