Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Mechanics. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in automotive or construction trades who are eager to build a career in mechanical maintenance and repair. Completion of high school required, participation in FFA or Agricultural (AG) courses is a plus. A skill assessment test will be required during the interview process.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic mechanical repairs, maintenance, and inspections on equipment and machinery.
• Assist senior mechanics with troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow technical manuals, diagrams, and instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing tools, and preparing work areas.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.

• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of FFA or Agricultural (AG) course is a plus
• Automotive or construction trade experience preferred (school or work-based).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment during the interview process.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Capable of working in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, shop floor).
