Job Description

The Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist will manage high-value AOG MICAP shipments for the USAF Customer, supporting transportation and logistics processes, strategies, and disciplines. The role includes initiating, processing, and performing after-action reviews for AOG MICAP orders, overseeing service provider performance and adherence to contracted obligations, building collaborative relationships with functional stakeholders and business partners, and supporting C17 AOG MICAP Teams in transportation risk mitigation.

• Schedule: Second Shift, Wednesday to Saturday, 10 Hour Shifts, 4x a Week

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 4 years of related work experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of supply chain experience or knowledge.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Manage AOG MICAP orders, including initiation, processing, and after-action review.
• Support C17 AOG MICAP Teams' transportation risk mitigation activities.
• Oversee service provider performance and ensure adherence to contracted obligations.
• Develop and support transportation and logistics processes, strategies, and disciplines.
• Build collaborative relationships with functional stakeholders, service providers, and business partners.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective operations.
