Job Description

The Systems Integration and Test Engineer will support the IAMD development program within the Integration and Test Discipline. This position is responsible for integrating and testing hardware and software components, developing comprehensive test plans, evaluating system performance, and verifying that incorporated corrections meet customer requirements

• Education & Job Requirements

• Level 4: BS+8–10 YRS or MS+6–8 YRS (Rate Card Level)
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design, integration, testing, verification, and validation, including Flight Test, DT/OT, and Operational Test
• 6+ years of experience developing test plans, procedures, schedules, executing tests, and preparing reports
• 6+ years of experience with electrical and mechanical technologies
• Ground Launch Missile or Munitions Flight Test experience
• System Integration and Test experience with munitions
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical systems, electrical testing, and electronic testing

• Job Duties & Functions

• Develop, implement, and maintain system integration and test solutions
• Translate customer requirements into test plans while managing technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Resolve hardware and software integration issues
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and schedules
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities
• Analyze test results, document discrepancies, and validate system performance and fixes
