Hardware Engineer

Job Description

The Hardware Engineer will conduct PCB design activities, provide build support, and coordinate or perform engineering verification and checkout of circuit card assemblies (CCAs). The role includes creating and updating MATLAB scripts for Electronic Warfare products and performing engineering checkout of RF and digital CCAs. Familiarity with RF measurement and test equipment, including signal generators, PNAs, and spectrum analyzers, is needed. ESD training will be provided.

• Education & Job Requirements
• BS degree with 9-15 years of experience or MS degree with 7-13 years of experience
• 4-6 years of experience in circuit design, troubleshooting, and testing electronic circuit card assemblies
• 1-2 years of MATLAB experience and test automation experience
• Familiarity with RF measurement and test equipment, including signal generators, PNAs, and spectrum analyzers
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Preferred Skills
• Siemens Xpedition experience
• Experience with alternative physical design tools, such as Altium, PSpice, or Zuken
