Test & Evaluation Engineer 4

Job Description

Develop standardized test methods, procedures, calibration systems, and data processing tools to support repeatable and productive testing. Lead test procedure development, oversee test data analysis and approval, ensure calibration readiness and data validity, and support ground and flight testing on AEW&C aircraft.

• Education & Job Requirements
• 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 4+ years of experience with a PhD
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Job Duties & Functions
• Develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity.
• Lead the development of test procedures and apply lessons learned to improve testing processes.
• Design calibration systems and test fixtures.
• Create data processing tools, algorithms, calibration procedures, and software.
• Guide others in designing test hardware, software, and systems to meet test requirements.
• Oversee test team debriefings.
• Lead the analysis, processing, and formatting of data to meet customer requirements.
• Approve test data before delivery to customers.
• Establish expectations for test data based on historical data.
• Ensure calibration system readiness and data validity.
• Train other personnel.
• Support ground and flight testing on AEW&C aircraft.
