System Integration & Test Engineer

Job Description

Perform shock and vibration qualification testing on system hardware, maintain detailed logs of test events, and prepare formal technical reports documenting requirements verification and demonstrating compliance with test objectives and requirements upon completion of qualification tests.

• Education & Job Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with Report Writing
• 3+ years of experience with Electrical and Mechanical Testing
• Disciplined approach to following test procedures and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Preferred Skills
• Understanding of how to utilize and prepare general test equipment, including digital multimeters, multichannel oscilloscopes, power supplies, and Data Acquisition Units (DAQ)
• Familiarity with component-level environmental qualification testing
• Ability to understand analog signals, review real-time measurement data, and make real-time decisions
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics and performing electrical troubleshooting
• Experience collecting and cataloging detailed test data and presenting concise findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Effective and concise communication with senior management and leadership
• Skill in preparing and presenting data reviews to mixed audiences and responding to questions with support
• Experience communicating and working with interdisciplinary teams
