Project Engineer

Job Description

Coordinate project planning, organization, control, integration, and completion within the assigned area of responsibility. Collaborate with end users and cross-functional stakeholders to identify requirements, implement process improvements, resolve design and testing issues, and measure project outcomes through key performance indicators.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of work-related experience
• 5–7 years of experience with basic coding for rapid prototyping and automation of routine tasks.
• 5–7 years of experience with JIRA project management and change management, including development of training materials.
• 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in cost avoidance and savings calculations, benefit realization, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and quantifying cost avoidance opportunities.
• Proven experience leading events and project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals.

• Job Duties & Functions
• Coordinate end-to-end planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of diverse projects within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Partner with end users to identify pain points, document requirements, and design, develop, and implement solutions and process improvements aligned with company standards.
• Ensure technical developments are properly scheduled and design and testing problems are resolved efficiently.
• Translate business goals into measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage user feedback to drive continuous improvement and increase adoption of implemented solutions.
