Talent Acquisition Advisor

Job Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for engineering and defense positions, including sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager consultation, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Develop targeted sourcing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and analyze recruitment performance to support hiring objectives and improve recruitment efficiency.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles
• Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Results-driven, team-oriented approach to recruitment
• Strong client focus and an innovative mindset
• Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools, including applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Job Duties & Functions
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for key positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessment, job postings, sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Conduct market research and advise hiring managers on market trends and recruitment practices.
• Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and improve the candidate experience.
• Design and execute candidate generation strategies while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects involving employer branding and process improvement.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's image.
• Analyze recruitment performance metrics and recommend improvements to hiring efficiency.
• Support engineering and defense recruiting through targeted sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Coordinate with Boostpoint to support technician hiring events across the United States.
