Job Description
Analyze and optimize CCA and module manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Support process development and implementation, equipment maintenance and repair, process documentation, technical support, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly manufacturing processes, including equipment, materials, and quality control methods
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- Electronics or manufacturing assembly experience
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related field
- Experience with the MK48 program
- Experience with data analytics and statistical process control
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and MIL-STD-130
- Experience with automation, robotics, and AI
- Proficiency in CAD design tools, such as Creo or SolidWorks
- Job Duties & Functions
- Analyze and optimize CCA and module manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the MK48 assembly area using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and design specifications for fixtures and stencils.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
- Develop detailed process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Conduct experiments and trials to validate process improvements and ensure compatibility with existing equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, including training and mentoring as needed.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Walk up and down stairs and stand for long periods of time to access and troubleshoot equipment on the production floor.
- Perform lifting, bending, and stretching activities to complete equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
