Job Description

Develop and maintain a SharePoint site used by multiple users within the FBM/D5LE2 program. Support easy navigation, programmatic document storage and maintenance, appropriate user access, and Excel-based dashboards, graphs, tables, metrics, and statistics.

• Education & Job Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Expert Excel focus macros
• 2 - 4 years of experience with MS Excel
• 2 - 4 years of experience with MS Excel Intermediate
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Job Duties & Functions
• Develop SharePoint sites used by multiple users within the FBM/D5LE2 program
• Maintain programmatic documents within the SharePoint environment
• Support easy navigation of the SharePoint site
• Manage access for appropriate users
• Create Excel PivotTables
• Develop Excel macros
• Build dashboards using Microsoft Excel
• Generate graphs and tables to present information
• Display metrics and statistics using Excel
