Job Description

Perform aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and validation activities involving aerospace vehicle components and systems. Work includes supporting flightline operations and scheduled maintenance activities on the MH-139 while documenting repairs, test results, modifications, and inspection results in accordance with applicable contractual and regulatory requirements.

• 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM; 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Education & Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 4+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Helicopter experience for Mechanics
• Full avionics experience for Technicians
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Job Duties & Functions
• Assemble, disassemble, and modify systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
• Oversee assembly, disassembly, or overhaul activities.
• Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
• Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
• Document procedures and established processes to support contractual and regulatory compliance, including repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results.
• Inspect components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.
• Support flightline operations and scheduled maintenance activities on the MH-139.
• Conduct troubleshooting of aircraft systems.
• Oversee training.
• Work under general direction.
