Job Description
Analyze production performance and processes to support production stability, identify process improvements, and reduce non-value-added work through lean methodologies. Support production schedules, resource alignment, quality defect analysis, capacity and constraint analysis, and disruption recovery planning.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business-related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics
- Demonstrated skills in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment
- 1+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
- 1+ years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
- Experience developing and deploying standard processes
- Proficiency in structured problem solving
- Experience with capacity planning
- Working knowledge of resource utilization
- Experience identifying process improvements through lean methodologies
- Familiarity with supply chain planning and logistics
- Experience collaborating with multiple support organizations
- Experience developing visual tools to identify performance metrics and areas of opportunity
- Job Duties & Functions
- Analyze performance against daily schedules or orders.
- Learn production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.
- Identify safety and ergonomic issues for reduction or elimination.
- Evaluate quality defect trends through root cause analysis and provide recommendations to reduce or eliminate defects.
- Recommend process improvements that reduce non-value-added work and improve cost and flow.
- Develop disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis when required.
- Mitigate impacts to downstream work statements and major milestones.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations.
- Lead initiatives around production stabilization.
- Apply Business Administration methodologies throughout the industry.
- Support capacity planning and resource utilization activities.
- Create visual tools to identify performance metrics and areas of opportunity.
