Systems Engineer

Job Description

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses across total system products and their lifecycle stages. Responsibilities include converting customer or product requirements into total systems solutions and performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• Education & Job Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Systems Development
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Requirements Development
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Embedded Systems
• 2 - 4 years of experience with Systems Engineering
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Avionics systems

• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
