Job Description

Assist the Director of Quality Systems with maintaining FAA technical data, required records, and airworthiness documents while supporting Logistics with receiving parts and materials, tool calibration, and controlled material identification and shelf-life monitoring. Perform data entry, records management, work order processing, technical data control, and recordkeeping activities to support quality, maintenance, and logistics operations.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must hold a valid driver's license
    • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliable time management
    • Professional work ethic
    • Able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
    • Preferred Skills
    • Vocational coursework with 1 to 2 years of related administrative or records management experience
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Process incoming parts and materials, ensuring receiving documentation is complete and appropriately processed for distribution to work centers
    • Research aircraft records for Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs), updating or creating compliance logs as necessary
    • Enter operational and maintenance data into multiple databases and spreadsheets
    • Maintain current revisions of technical manuals and review maintenance tracking software for link accuracy
    • Communicate clearly and timely with colleagues, customers, and management both verbally and in writing
    • Scan hardcopy aircraft and component records and upload files to company servers and MRO tracking systems
    • Create, process, close, and finalize work orders, review part documentation, and assist with maintenance record entries
    • Ensure required records are complete and accurate, including part traceability and calibration of precision measuring equipment and test apparatuses
    • Assist with inspection of repair environments to ensure safety and compliance with established safety rules, regulations, and protocols
    • Maintain the company's market reputation for quality and safety in the eyes of the FAA and customers
    • Support changing operational needs, including earlier or later work times and extended hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary to finish projects
    • Physical Requirements & Environment
    • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required to perform essential functions
    • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
