Job Description
Perform electronics analysis and testing for sophisticated avionics products within an Integrated Product Development environment. Execute Worst Case Circuit Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis, and circuit design activities while supporting aerospace hardware development. Analyze electronic hardware and communicate technical findings through written documentation and presentations.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Analysis
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Circuit Design
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Functional Analysis
- Experience in the development phase of aerospace hardware
- Background interacting with peers, management, and government customers
- Demonstrated presentation and written communication skills
- Experience performing electronics analysis, including Worst Case Circuit Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Circuit Failure Mode Analysis
- Experience with analog/power circuit Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)
- Experience instructing and creating training materials for Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis
- Electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation experience
- Experience with electronics modeling and simulation software such as SPICE
- Failure investigation experience on electronic hardware at the CCA, Unit, and System levels
- Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in an exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
