- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 6+ years of experience with Analysis, Circuit Design,andFunctional Analysis
- Development phase of aerospace hardware experience
- Experience interacting with peers, management, and government customers
- Experience with presentations and written communication
- Ability to perform electronics analysis, including Worst Case Circuit Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 4 - 6 years of experience with Circuit Failure Mode Analysis
- Experience with analog and power circuit Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)
- Experience instructing and creating training materials for Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis
- Experience in electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation
- Familiarity with Electronics Modeling/Simulation Software such as SPICE
- Experience performing failure investigation on electronic hardware at the CCA, Unit, and System levels
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers
- Demonstrated ability to work in an exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
