Job Description

Research, design, develop, and test electronic equipment and systems supporting sophisticated avionics products within an integrated product development environment.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
    • 6+ years of experience with Analysis, Circuit Design,andFunctional Analysis
    • Development phase of aerospace hardware experience
    • Experience interacting with peers, management, and government customers
    • Experience with presentations and written communication
    • Ability to perform electronics analysis, including Worst Case Circuit Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
    • Preferred Skills
    • 4 - 6 years of experience with Circuit Failure Mode Analysis
    • Experience with analog and power circuit Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)
    • Experience instructing and creating training materials for Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis
    • Experience in electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation
    • Familiarity with Electronics Modeling/Simulation Software such as SPICE
    • Experience performing failure investigation on electronic hardware at the CCA, Unit, and System levels
    • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers
    • Demonstrated ability to work in an exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment

    • Investigate failures on electronic hardware at the CCA, Unit, and System levels
