Job Description

Supports IAMD development within the Integration and Test discipline by planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions while establishing functional and technical specifications, resolving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of complete systems and subsystems. Develops and directs comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules, coordinates testing activities, analyzes results, prepares evaluation reports, writes discrepancy reports, and performs integration regression testing to verify and validate incorporated fixes.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree with 6 - 8 years of experience or Master’s degree with 4 - 6 years of experience.
    • At least 6 years of experience with design, integration, test, and verification/validation requirements of electrical designs, including DVT testing.
    • Demonstrated capability developing advanced test plans, test procedures, test execution schedules, and test reports for customer and key stakeholder reviews.
    • At least 6 years of experience with Physics.
    • Proficiency in developing and executing test plans.
    • Expertise in electronic testing.
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals.
    • Preferred Skills
    • Experience with Environmental Stress Screening.
    • Knowledge of electrical testing.

    • Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
    • Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards.
    • Resolves hardware/software interface problems and defines input/output parameters.
    • Ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
    • Reviews, evaluates, and derives requirements for testability.
    • Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
    • Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
    • Analyzes test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance.
    • Writes discrepancy reports.
    • Performs integration regression testing to verify and validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.
