Electrical Assembler

Job Description

Support complex production assembly, inspection, rework, repair, modification, maintenance, machine setup, kit assembly, and documentation activities involving electronic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

• Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Education & Job Requirements
• 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including vocational school or an Associate degree plus 5 years of related work experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related work experience
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Job Duties & Functions
• Perform complex production assembly operations and inspections on electronic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
• Complete rework, repair, and modification of parts and assemblies
• Present statistical data to the team for analysis and problem resolution
• Provide complex periodic maintenance on machines and tooling
• Set up machines according to machine inspection checklists
• Coordinate workflow with management and other departments to resolve issues
• Assemble and deliver kits
• Conduct simple receiving and inspection procedures on incoming materials
• Document inspection results according to applicable procedures
• Establish work priorities with management and other departments
• Update work status documentation
• Build circuit boards at a workstation
• Attend Tier meetings
• Work under minimal supervision
