Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and equipment, including small lathes, power mills, extruding machines, drills, punch presses, ower brakes, shears, and saws. Set up machines, make adjustments, perform machine maintenance, inspect work using prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures, and monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

• 4/10-2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM EST
• $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly OT40

• Education & Job Requirements
• 1 - 2 years of experience with attention to detail, communication skills, and basic computer skills
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Preferred Skills
• 1 - 2 years of experience with SAP
• 1 - 2 years of experience with visual acuity in working with microscopes
