Job Description
Support spacecraft bus architecture, integration, and verification activities through electrical subsystem engineering, performance analysis, issue resolution, interface assessment, system-level troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, and test readiness activities. Ensure engineering activities align with program requirements, mission performance objectives, and customer expectations while supporting test phase completions, system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, including Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, and typically 5 or more years of experience in an engineering classification
- Test instrumentation and/or methods, test laboratory environment experience
- Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment, conducting verification, test, and/or data analysis
- Electronic troubleshooting, test and evaluation, and verification testing
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with space systems, including satellites
- Experience operating and calibrating bench/laboratory test equipment, measurement devices, and power devices
- Electrical systems and/or RF subsystems experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
- Strong desire and ability to naturally follow, promote, and uphold company values and behaviors
- Excellent process and technical drive to sustain the effectiveness of lean test operations
- Job Duties & Functions
- Support satellite bus architecture, integration, and verification activities
- Provide electrical subsystem engineering support, including performance analysis and issue resolution
- Assist with interface definition and compatibility assessments between various subsystems
- Support system-level troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, and test readiness
- Ensure compliance with program requirements, mission performance objectives, and customer expectations
- Support test phase completions
- Provide satellite bus systems engineering and integration support
- Address spacecraft electrical and mechanical interface requirements
- Support non-bus subsystem design, analysis, and testing
- Conduct systems verification, validation, and troubleshooting
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Work off-shifts or non-standard schedules to support 24/7 operations
