Job Description
Oversee scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance for a fleet of corporate and charter aircraft. Coordinate maintenance activities, monitor fleet requirements, manage maintenance work orders and tracking systems, and release aircraft for Return to Service according to company policies and procedures.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance
- Valid A&P License
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Must be computer literate with typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing tasks
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
- Availability to work one weekend day
- Ability to travel for training or other company requirements
- Meet company insurance eligibility requirements
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with the following aircraft platforms: Citation X, Latitude, CJ1/2/3/4, Challenger 300/350/604/605, Gulfstream G500/G150, King Air, and Pilatus PC-12/PC-24
- Inspection Authorization (IA)
- Experience with Traxxall, CMP, Corridor, or other maintenance-specific applications
- Job Duties & Functions
- Provide technical support to flight crews and maintenance vendors.
- Manage fleet Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL).
- Build, schedule, and release maintenance work orders.
- Coordinate fleet cleaning requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to maintenance tracking programs.
- Oversee the fleet during maintenance events.
- Release aircraft for Return to Service (RTS) according to company policy and procedures.
- Monitor and complete fleet maintenance requirements within governing time limitations.
- Communicate maintenance events and outcomes with internal and external customers.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
