Job Description
Support manufacturing quality operations by developing inspection plans, creating quality inspection instructions, reviewing technical data, and providing technical support to quality and engineering personnel. Execute quality planning activities, support First Article Inspections, and assist with manufacturing process reviews to ensure customer quality expectations are met.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology/Management, or Engineering
- 5+ years of quality experience in meeting and exceeding customer quality expectations, preferably in aerospace or other manufacturing industries
- 5+ years of experience in aviation manufacturing planning may be considered equivalent experience to quality experience
- Extensive GD&T experience applied to machined parts and composite parts
- Thorough understanding of AS9100/AS9102 and creation of First Article Inspection planning
- Create Quality Inspection Instructions and identify appropriate inspection placement within planning routes
- Extract and interpret complex models for CATIA V6 and 3DX for Advanced Quality Planning activities
- Navigate MES systems including CAMS, SAP ECC, and SAP PEO
- Work efficiently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong communication skills and organization
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Job Duties & Functions
- Build and revise First Article Inspection Plans and Quality Inspection Instructions for complex composite and metal machine parts and rotor system components
- Participate as a Planning Review Board member for Quality
- Ensure compliance of configuration management through audit, evaluation, and tracking
- Interface with end users, customers, and subcontractors regarding quality-related issues
- Support new aircraft development, legacy products, and advanced Quality technology implementation
