Job Description

Coordinate engineering project planning, organization, integration, and execution while supporting Advanced Programs through schedule management, procurement coordination, and project reporting. Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, oversee material requisitions and kitting activities, and support continuous process improvements that enhance project execution and documentation quality. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams across the Andover and Chelmsford facilities to ensure program objectives are achieved.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of experience with Project Management
    • 2 - 4 years of experience with MS Office
    • 1 - 2 years of experience with the Ability to Work Independently
    • Experience building relationships across functional teams
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
    • Preferred Skills
    • 1 - 2 years of experience with SAP
    • 1 - 2 years of experience with planning & organizing skills, and being detail-oriented
    • Project Management proficiency with Earned Value Measurement (EVMS)
    • Experience working in a defense engineering or manufacturing environment
    • Experience communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
    • DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) experience
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within assigned areas of responsibility
    • Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs
    • Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure alignment with program milestones and resource plans
    • Act as the primary material procurement liaison for Advanced Programs by overseeing requisitions, receipt verification, and kitting operations
    • Identify continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance project execution efficiency and documentation quality
    • Plan, organize, track, and report program activities supporting Advanced Programs
    • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams located in Andover and Chelmsford
