Visual Media Specialist

Job Description

Develop and edit training videos and multimedia content using professional video production equipment and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Capture still images and video, produce visual media, and support audiovisual production activities for training programs. Perform onsite multimedia production while coordinating visual content that meets organizational requirements.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience
• 2 - 4 years of experience editing & shooting videos
• 2 - 4 years of experience working with cameras and photography
• 1 - 2 years of experience with graphics and digital applications
• Demonstrated experience shooting and editing videos
• Able to work onsite at Eglin AFB, FL
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Preferred Skills
• 1 - 2 years of experience designing and creating training material
• Portfolio or examples of previous work

• Job Duties & Functions
• Develop and edit training videos and multimedia applications
• Create engaging videos and images using DSLR cameras, studio lighting, audio recording equipment, and graphical images
• Capture photographic, video, film, and multimedia content
• Apply creative and technical techniques to produce visual storytelling for internal and external audiences
• Select appropriate production media, music, and visual effects
• Produce audiovisual content and coordinate with vendors as required
• Research emerging multimedia technologies
• Support the JSF training program and customer requirements onsite at Eglin AFB, FL
• Perform additional assigned duties
