Job Description
Perform production engineering support for manufacturing activities by developing production and tooling methodologies, implementing manufacturing plans, evaluating producibility, and supporting technical solutions for assembly and installation operations. Coordinate technical solutions across multiple disciplines while maintaining production readiness, manufacturing processes, and engineering requirements.

- Education & Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with manufacturing planning/engineering
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- Experience with GOLD
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

- Job Duties & Functions
- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
- Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining program architecture for build.
- Lead and implement manufacturing plans.
- Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and document producibility best practices.
- Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
- Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
- Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts.
- Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
- Implement lean principles and technologies.
- Review electrical design requirements and approve new releases and revisions to existing designs.
- Review and implement non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Translate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) design requirements into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work in a factory environment and withstand those conditions, including walking and going up and down steps and scaffolding.
