Develop and implement manufacturing engineering solutions supporting electrical production operations and tooling methodologies. Analyze product designs, improve manufacturing processes, and coordinate engineering activities to ensure production readiness while supporting continuous process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and production performance.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or manufacturing engineering supporting electrical systems
- Experience using GOLD
- Ability to implement manufacturing planning and engineering methodologies
- Experience reviewing electrical design requirements and manufacturing documentation
- Able to translate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM)
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting Boeing manufacturing programs
- Job Duties & Functions
- Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
- Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines
- Create conceptual manufacturing designs and maintain program build architecture
- Lead implementation of manufacturing plans
- Conduct producibility and variation analyses to verify manufacturing process capability
- Assist with documenting producibility best practices for project plans
- Analyze design and build concepts to evaluate producible definitions
- Resolve technical issues affecting production performance, cost, or schedule
- Coordinate implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and engineering concepts
- Validate production readiness for complex manufacturing solutions
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and technologies
- Review electrical design requirements and approve engineering releases and revisions
- Incorporate non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications
- Translate Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to support production demand
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work in a factory environment
- Walk throughout the production facility
- Climb stairs and scaffolding as required
- Successfully complete required on-the-job or classroom training prior to assignment
