Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain system integration and test solutions for in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems. Perform test planning, system validation, software integration, and technical analysis while supporting hardware and software interface activities. Coordinate testing efforts, analyze system performance, and document results to ensure successful system integration.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications to generate status reports, project plans, and work instructions
- 5+ years of experience writing, editing, and supporting software using LabVIEW
- 3+ years of experience writing, editing, and supporting software using TestStand
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and resolving technical problems
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working effectively within team environments
- Ability to work with minimal direction while delivering expected results
- Experience leading teams toward milestone completion
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- 9+ years of professional engineering experience
- Proven success measuring electrical parameters for components and subassemblies
- 5+ years of experience serving as a subject matter expert in Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems
- 3+ years of experience developing complex test programs using TestStand development environments
- Experience researching and specifying components for test equipment design
- Ability to troubleshoot measurement issues and isolate problems to test instruments, fixturing, software, or the unit under test
- Proficiency creating assembly drawings, block diagrams, parts lists, and engineering documentation
- Experience implementing corrective and preventative action processes
- Strong background deriving test requirements from design or system-level requirements
- Ability to identify and author documentation to resolve drawing-to-hardware discrepancies
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple organizations and disciplines
- Experience preparing technical presentations, trade studies, and engineering charts
- Job Duties & Functions
- Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and test solutions for in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems
- Develop system test solutions that satisfy customer requirements while balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Establish functional and technical specifications and standards for integrated systems
- Resolve hardware and software interface issues while ensuring complete system integration
- Review system requirements for testability and direct the preparation of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities with internal programs and supporting organizations
- Analyze test results and prepare subsystem and system evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance
- Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to validate software, component, subsystem, and system corrections
