Manufacturing Planner

Job Description

Perform material handling, inventory verification, and recordkeeping activities to support production readiness. Coordinate the movement and verification of parts while maintaining accurate inventory data and assisting with material planning through the MRP system. Support inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts, updating Excel logs, and communicating with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while identifying discrepancies
• Utilize basic Microsoft Excel functions, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining logs
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and storage locations accurately
• Maintain a dependable and stable work history
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
• Apply experience with inventory control, cycle counting, receiving, stockroom operations, or parts verification
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Receive, store, and move materials while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Verify part numbers and quantities before processing inventory transactions
• Log inventory data using Microsoft Excel
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate materials through the MRP system
• Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding material status
• Support material flow to ensure production readiness
• Maintain organized inventory records and storage locations
