Job Description
Perform routine production assembly of structural and mechanical assemblies, aircraft systems, and subassemblies using established manufacturing processes and procedures. Support production activities by resolving routine issues, documenting corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while working in a 100% onsite manufacturing environment.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Demonstrate experience working in a highly regulated environment where compliance is critical
- 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Perform fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience using specialized tools including electrical and mechanical wire crimpers, wire strippers, wire routing tools, computer systems, and multimeters
- Apply knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities, engineering drawings, change memos, wiring diagrams, schematics, functional testing, and supplier data
- Differentiate production manufacturing processes from in-service procedures while supporting the evaluation and qualification of materials, suppliers, equipment, technology, and processes
- Demonstrate knowledge of Foreign Object Damage/Debris (FOD) prevention, material handling, safety practices, calibration requirements, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)

- Develop, modify, and document corrective and preventive actions to resolve production issues
- Maintain the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to support manufacturing operations
- Solve routine problems by following established practices and standardized procedures
- Operate under general supervision while completing routine and newly assigned work
- Select appropriate work methods from established processes to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Support product quality by minimizing production errors and customer dissatisfaction
