Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop embedded software supporting missile programs by analyzing requirements, designing software architecture, implementing solutions, and integrating software to support missile subsystem flight testing. Perform embedded software development and integration activities in an onsite engineering environment.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college
• Proficient in embedded C++ programming
• Experience with embedded software drivers
• Experience with TCP/IP
• Experience with the Data Distribution Service (DDS) standard
• Able to interpret program requirements, formulate solutions, and communicate effectively
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

• Preferred Skills
• Experience with bare metal programming
• Experience with software integration and verification
• Experience with GitLab
