Job Description
Perform disassembly, fabrication, modification, testing, and repair of aerospace products and system components to support product corrections and engineering changes. Assist with troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, validate repairs through testing, and safely handle aerospace products while working under supervision. Support manufacturing operations by following work instructions, using hand tools, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working with tools while following work instructions
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using hand tools
- Willingness to work with Beryllium and/or chemicals
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience inspecting parts, components, assemblies, or units
- 1+ years of experience soldering and assembling equipment components
- 1+ years of experience using handheld tools and/or power tools
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications
- 1+ years of experience working under a microscope
- Job Duties & Functions
- Assist with disassembly of system components to support failure correction and engineering changes
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical and electrical faults
- Repair faulty mechanical and electrical components
- Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components
- Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to specifications
- Support safe handling of aerospace vehicles through activities such as jacking, towing, and system operations
- Work under supervision while following established procedures and work instructions
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- 100% onsite
- Vision test required (provided by the company)
- Willingness to work with Beryllium and/or chemicals
- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift based on business needs
- In-person interview preferred; Teams interview available for out-of-town candidates
