ERP Analyst

Job Description

Analyze, configure, and support SAP ERP solutions for Manufacturing Production Operations while integrating enterprise applications with PLM and MES systems. Perform business process analysis, develop functional specifications, execute testing activities, and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective ERP solutions. Support system implementation, production operations, user training, and continuous process improvements throughout the application lifecycle.

• Education & Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 16+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 14+ years of experience
• Prior Lockheed Martin Aeronautics experience supporting SAP ERP implementations is required
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP Master Data, including Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists, and Change Masters
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP Order Data and Order Functionality, including Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, Network Orders, Order Releases, Confirmations, Splits, Scraps, Cancellations, Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, and Major Component Swaps
• Experience integrating SAP ERP with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including Teamcenter and Apriso
• Ability to analyze manufacturing production operations, perform gap analysis, configure SAP solutions, and support business process improvements
• Experience authoring functional specifications, developing test plans, and collaborating with ABAP developers to deliver customized functional solutions
• Knowledge of system design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, production support, documentation, and end-user training
• Experience facilitating data-driven decision making while applying project management and functional expertise to meet operational business needs
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documentation, functional specifications, business process documentation, and system requirements

• Job Duties & Functions
• Analyze manufacturing production operations and identify opportunities for business process improvements
• Configure SAP ERP solutions supporting manufacturing and production operations
• Perform gap analysis and support system re-engineering activities
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and system integrations
• Support integration between SAP ERP, Teamcenter PLM, and Apriso MES systems
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities
• Develop end-user training materials and documentation using SAP methodologies
• Write functional requirements and test plans while supporting production issues
• Collaborate with developers to ensure business and system requirements are achieved
• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting enterprise application implementation processes and procedures
