Job Description

Perform maintenance, repair, and modification activities on commercial transport category aircraft and related components. Troubleshoot aircraft systems, complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensure all work complies with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), approved maintenance data, and company quality standards. Support safe, efficient aircraft deliveries while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

    • Education & Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • 10+ years of aircraft maintenance experience supporting commercial narrow-body and wide-body Boeing and Airbus aircraft
    • Experience performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, inspections, and component replacement in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and approved maintenance documentation
    • Ability to perform engine runs, flight control checks, routine maintenance tasks, system troubleshooting, and non-routine maintenance activities
    • Knowledge of Repair Station Manuals, Quality Manuals, Airworthiness Directives, manufacturer service bulletins, advisory circulars, and other approved maintenance data
    • Current driver's license
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
    • Preferred Skills
    • Aircraft maintenance experience supporting fleet types currently maintained or modified by the repair station
    • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
    • Experience supporting V/VIP aircraft interior completions
    • Taxi and engine run qualifications on transport category aircraft
    • Completion of General Familiarization Training Courses for current fleet types maintained by the repair station
    • Job Duties & Functions
    • Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, filter replacement, engine checks, and flight control checks
    • Assist with troubleshooting aircraft systems and correcting inbound discrepancies
    • Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and aircraft modifications
    • Inspect, maintain, and replace aircraft engines, landing gear, components, and mechanical systems
    • Follow Repair Station Manuals, Quality Manuals, Federal Aviation Regulations, and approved maintenance data
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following company safety procedures
    • Tag, identify, and properly store aircraft components, parts, and panels
    • Complete maintenance documentation and required sign-offs in accordance with company procedures
    • Use, maintain, and properly store tooling, ground support equipment, and maintenance equipment
    • Support continuous process improvements to improve quality, efficiency, and safety
    • Communicate maintenance progress, issues, and schedule impacts with Lead Technicians
    • Provide professional customer service while supporting timely delivery of airworthy aircraft
    • Participate in company-required training programs
    • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to work in an office environment, aircraft hangar, departure gate, and aircraft parking ramp
    • Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and working from ladders, scaffolds, hoists, and lifts
    • Ability to work in confined aircraft areas including airframe, engine, and landing gear access openings
    • Exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditions common to aircraft maintenance facilities
    • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
    • Frequently lift up to 10 pounds
    • Perform climbing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and reaching as required
    • Constant repetitive use of hands and arms
    • Ability to remain seated with back support when required
