Job Description
Design and develop structural components supporting the 737 production program. Create engineering solutions using CATIA V5 and Boeing design tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges. Provide technical support for structural modifications and ensure designs meet manufacturing, quality, and program requirements.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Materials Sciences, or equivalent technical education from an accredited engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry program
- 8+ years of structural design experience with proficiency using CATIA V5 and Boeing-specific design tools and processes
- Experience supporting the development of structural designs for commercial aircraft production
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Capable of recognizing project needs independently while developing technical solutions for a broad range of engineering challenges
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, engineering specifications, and maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- Previous experience supporting the Boeing 737 Structures program
- Familiarity with DCCS, ETAC, and PDM
- Experience working in a highly dynamic production environment while supporting multiple engineering priorities

- Develop structural designs supporting 737 aircraft production activities
- Create engineering solutions using CATIA V5 and Boeing design tools
- Support production teams by resolving structural design issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering organizations to deliver technical solutions
- Provide engineering support for structural modifications and production improvements
- Communicate technical information to engineering teams and stakeholders
- Identify design improvements that enhance manufacturability and product quality
- Support aircraft evaluations and production activities as required
- Travel domestically on a limited basis to support program needs
