- Education & Job Requirements
- 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of work-related experience with a Master's degree, or work-related experience with a PhD
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing
- 5+ years of experience partnering with key functions in an integrator or lead role
- Passion for continuous improvement and manufacturing process stabilization
- Job Duties & Functions
- Apply industrial engineering concepts, approaches, and techniques to products, processes, and services
- Develop plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, operational sequencing, and workflows
- Evaluate new technologies for integration into production and service operations
- Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel
- Conduct workflow design and analysis
- Develop models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics to leaders and customers
- Research, develop, improve, and implement processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods
- Create product assembly instructions and standardize assembly practices
- Prepare operations plans, including work statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capacity analysis, constraint analysis, and production changes
- Support execution planning using project management, planning, scheduling, and shop load practices
- Provide production, supply chain logistics, performance visibility, and recovery planning support
- Ensure compliance with industry safety requirements, design standards, and ergonomic guidelines
