Job Description
Perform inventory coordination activities to support production operations by maintaining material availability, managing inventory accuracy, and coordinating the movement of materials throughout the warehouse. Support production schedules through inventory analysis, material control, and shipment preparation while complying with established operational procedures and safety requirements.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with warehouse inventory, including parts accuracy and accountability
- Demonstrated computer experience and competency
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Job Duties & Functions
- Route materials to prescribed storage locations in accordance with established storage procedures
- Conduct inventory of stored materials and report deterioration or damage
- Remove materials from storage, issue inventory, and prepare items for shipment
- Perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment
- Complete assigned responsibilities on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions
- Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to support assigned duties
- Comply with all rules and regulations concerning health and safety, tool control, FOD, contracts, facilities, housekeeping, inventory control, and other applicable requirements
- Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to determine products, materials, and actions necessary to maintain material availability
- Identify, investigate, analyze, and coordinate solutions to material-related issues while supporting quality standards, schedules, and material cost objectives
- Evaluate complex material requirements, inventories, schedules, and configuration control issues as assigned
- Execute additional duties as directed by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, and employees
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Lift up to 20 pounds
- Perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment
- Work variable 1st and 2nd shift schedules
- Support overtime and weekend work as required
- Successfully complete required on-the-job or formal classroom training as a condition of the assignment
