Job Description
Coordinate the movement, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment supporting production operations. Maintain inventory accuracy, analyze material requirements, and ensure materials are available to meet production schedules while complying with company procedures and safety requirements.

- Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Demonstrate 4+ years of experience with warehouse inventory, including parts accuracy and accountability
- Possess computer experience and competency
- Maintain or have the ability to obtain a forklift license
- Perform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipment
- Work all assigned shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions
- Handle, use, and dispose of hazardous material
- Obtain and maintain required training certifications to support assignment responsibilities
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Job Duties & Functions
- Route materials to prescribed storage locations in accordance with established storage procedures
- Conduct inventory of stored materials and report deterioration or damage
- Remove and issue materials from storage and prepare them for shipment
- Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to support assigned duties
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, tool control requirements, FOD prevention, contracts, facilities, housekeeping, inventory control, and other applicable procedures
- Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to determine material and hardware needs
- Identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve material-related issues to maintain quality standards, production schedules, and material cost objectives
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex material requirements, inventory, scheduling, and configuration control issues, as required
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervision and management for the benefit of the company, program, and employees
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ascend and descend vertical work ladders
- Work in confined spaces
- Lift and carry loads of approximately 35 pounds
- Utilize a two-person lift for weights greater than 50 pounds, when required
- Perform work on elevated platforms
- Wear required personal protective equipment for the face, eyes, ears, hands, and arms
- Pass visual acuity and color perception tests
- Complete occasional finger manipulation for 1 to 3 hours
- Reach overhead frequently for 3 to 6 hours
- Walk frequently on flat surfaces
- Stand frequently on flat and uneven surfaces
- Balance frequently on ladders, steps, or uneven surfaces
- Climb 3- to 12-foot ladders or stands occasionally
- Rotate the head and neck, sit, crawl, squat, bend, stoop, lie down, and operate foot controls for extended periods
- Tolerate occasional contact with metals
- Work in environments with frequent noise exposure
- Complete required on-the-job or formal classroom training as a contingency of the assignment
