Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, bills of material, work instructions, and technical documentation supporting the E4B program. Assist with manufacturing planning activities, tooling requirements, installation planning, and the resolution of manufacturing-related issues while supporting engineering releases and production deliverables under close supervision.

- Education & Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related discipline and typically 1+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
- 1+ years of experience applying professional and technical writing skills while collaborating to resolve technical issues
- 1+ years of reading, interpreting, and applying technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Preferred Skills
- Previous Boeing experience as an ME
- Gold ESP
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Job Duties & Functions
- Build technical data packages for supplier use
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans
- Resolve technical problems that significantly affect performance, cost, or schedule
- Analyze design and build concepts to evaluate producible definitions and investigate alternative solutions that meet producibility requirements
- Create installation planning documentation and support installation planning activities shipside in San Antonio
- Support team performance by participating in process and tool improvement projects
- Collaborate under the direction of a lead to support the timely delivery of engineering releases and manufacturing deliverables
- Assist with identifying tooling requirements and processing tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements
- Investigate and help resolve manufacturing-related issues
- Collect data supporting producibility assessments for part or product designs
- Develop work statements and sequencing of limited scope with internal business partners
- Review, maintain, and monitor internal documentation
- Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required to support business needs and deadlines
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance

- Ability to go up and down stairs
- Work 100% onsite
- Candidates must be local or willing to relocate prior to the start date at their own expense
- Successfully complete required on-the-job training or formal classroom training as a condition of the assignment
